“Rollover” Rule for Healthcare Flex Spending Accounts:
Child Crisis has designed your HealthCare FSA to allow a rollover of up to $680 of unused contribution into the subsequent plan year. At the end of the year additional unused funds over $680 in the Flexible Spending Accounts will be forfeited per IRS regulations. Your FSA election amount is binding for the plan year unless you have a qualifying life event. All expenses must be dated within the plan year in order to be considered for reimbursement. The rollover rule does not apply to the Dependent Care Spending Account.

Please note: Health Care and Dependent Care Spending Accounts are separate. Per IRS regulations, you cannot transfer monies from one account to the other.
