Short-Term & Long-Term Disability

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE

Short-term disability insurance provides you with income protection in the event you have a non-occupational illness or injury, including maternity. This is paid for entirely by Child Crisis Arizona for all benefit eligible employees. 

LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE

​

Child Crisis Arizona provides all benefit eligible employees with 100% employer-paid Long-Term Disability coverage.
